Slide-to-unlock

The Caerus front door handleset by Kwikset is a narrow, modern-style fixture with an oversized backplate and tapered grip, available in satin nickel, matte black and polished chrome finishes. In place of the traditional thumbpiece, the Caerus features Kwikset’s KwikSlide technology, a slide-to-unlock grip that can be operated with a hand, elbow or wrist once the deadbolt is unlocked, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive.
Both keyed and dummy configurations are available. The fixture features internal protection against advanced break-in techniques, as well as an antimicrobial coating on the satin nickel and matte black finishes. The unit retails starting at $235.
Investment rescue

Atlanta-based multifamily investor RADCO has launched a new platform, RADCO Property Solutions, built to help investors, lenders and other stakeholders stabilize and recover value from struggling assets.
The platform consists of a team offering operational leadership, strategic oversight and capital solutions for clients. Acting as both an investor and service provider, RADCO’s strategy includes overhauling operations, reducing bad debt, stabilizing occupancy, addressing maintenance and life safety issues, and restoring vendor confidence.
A new range

Neolith has introduced five new color models to its sintered stone surface offerings. Four of the five — Neolith Taj Mahal, Crème, Azure and Mamba — are designed for use as kitchen countertops, with beige, cream and light and dark marble tones to complement the aesthetics of a given project.
The fifth, Neolith Lux, is the brightest white in the manufacturer’s collection, according to a news release. The uniform tone is recommended for any surface application and is available in a polished finish.
Location, location, location

The Risespot platform uses predictive models to generate value appreciation expectations for a given Census land tract, according to developer Risespot’s website.
The model takes factors like climate and Opportunity Zone status into consideration. Users can filter by investment horizon and potential risk among other factors, peruse demographic data for a given tract and review a “top 50” list of tracts that match their preferences.
The great outdoors

The Coto series is California Faucets’ first collection made for outdoor use, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive. The kitchen faucets are made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, which the company says is not affected by moisture, temperature or corrosion.
Each fixture features a high or low curved spout with a choice of four handle styles — textured paddle, appliance knob, dotted knob and quad blade — and seven finishes, including matte black and satin gold. Accessories include a soap dispenser, combo and cold-water dispensers and a garbage disposal air switch.
