Building rewards

Property management software provider RealPage has entered a collaboration agreement with rent rewards platform Bilt, through which RealPage’s customers can integrate Bilt’s systems into their existing billing and accounting processes. This allows users to offer Bilt’s services through RealPage systems, including rent payment incentives and free credit reporting for tenants.

With the program, renters can earn points on their payments, which may be converted into airline points, moved into gift cards or credited toward the next rent payment.

Personalized play

The All-Weather Cornhole Set by outdoor furniture maker Tupelo Goods consists of a composite, shock-resistant board and powder-coated steel base, which resist weather damage and may be left outside year-round, according to the manufacturer. 

Each one is available in a choice of four colors — gray, yellow, red and seafoam green — and comes with eight regulation bags. The boards can be customized with text, monograms or logos for an additional fee. 

Sliding systems

Kitchen furniture manufacturer Nobilia has updated and expanded its line of sliding door systems, adding an anti-fingerprint finish. These sliding panels can be used to create the illusion of a larger space or to hide purely functional areas, according to the manufacturer.

The doors are made from lacquer or lacquered laminate, and are available in three colors — taupe gray, honed white and slate gray. Mirrored and woodgrain panels are also available.

Under pressure

The Flushmate 504 series pressure-assisted toilet system is meant to provide improved performance over a standard gravity-operated toilet, according to a press release shared with Multifamily Dive. It fits directly into the dimensions of a conventional toilet, and does not need specialized tools to install. 

The system uses less than 1.0 gallons per flush, and does not require a siphon, ensuring a consistent trap dimension. In addition, because all water used in the toilet’s flush operation is contained in the Flushmate and not in the tank itself, toilet tanks with Flushmate systems do not “sweat,” keeping restrooms dry, the company says.
