In-home healthcare
Nice Healthcare facilitates both in-home and virtual healthcare services for a multifamily property’s residents, according to the company. Services available through the platform include primary wellness, acute and chronic care; labs and testing; in-home x-rays; referrals to specialists; medication review, management and delivery; physical therapy; mental health treatment and collaboration and coordination services.
The company works directly with property managers to offer its services, who in turn offer Nice Healthcare as a part of its amenity package, with the cost built into the monthly rent.
Wine on hand
The DrawBar by Dometic provides wine cooling space for up to five bottles in a drawer that can be integrated below or adjacent to standard 24-inch cabinetry. The appliance includes an integrated control panel with five preset temperatures for storing red, white and sparkling wines, as well as a tray that automatically detects and adjusts humidity levels inside the drawer.
Glass or custom panel options are available. Suggested locations include kitchens, wet bars, entertainment centers or master bedrooms.
Marble dreaming
The newest addition to Cosentino’s Dekton solid surfacing series is Dekton Onirika, a collection of eight marble surface patterns.
Awake, pictured above, is a re-interpretation of Paonazzo marble with thick veins and a light background with blue tones. The collection also includes designs inspired by Calacatta marble, as well as light and dark base tone options.
The Dekton surfacing formulation is made from a mix of minerals treated with a proprietary compaction process. It is designed to resist stains, scratches, UV rays, thermal shock and water absorption. Large-format slabs are available in thicknesses of 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 2 and 3 centimeters.
Make an impression
The Therma-Tru Impressions Storm Door system integrates an entry door and storm door into a single product. The storm door is mounted flush with the brickmould of the doorframe, creating a cohesive look and offering protection from the elements.
Impressions is compatible with most 6'8" single entry Therma-Tru doors and is not suitable for use with Therma-Tru grip-style handle sets. The aluminum storm doors are available in a choice of four colors — white, gray, brown and black — in shades matched to PrismaGuard colors. Handlesets are available in straight and curved designs, with a choice of three finishes for the straight set and four for the curved. The doors themselves can be fitted with low-E or clear glass, and come in 3-foot and 2-foot-8-inch single-entry sizes.
