Orlando, Florida-based third-party property manager ZRS Management has promoted Jackie Impellitier, a 25-year veteran of the company, to chief operating officer, according to a news release shared with Multifamily Dive.
Impellitier joined ZRS Management in 1999 as an on-site team member at an apartment property in Florida. From there she ascended through the company’s ranks, culminating in her previous role as vice president of operations over the past five years.
“My 25 years at ZRS have provided me with invaluable insights into every aspect of the company, and have thoroughly prepared me for this new opportunity,” Impellitier said in the release.
In her previous role, Impellitier oversaw information systems, managed transitions, supported tech and training initiatives and developed asset optimization, according to the news release. She also created ZRS’s Centralized Services Department.
“[Impellitier’s] creativity and talent can be seen in the way she has taken on every challenge put in front of her,” said Darren Pierce, president of ZRS, in the release. “In addition to all her responsibilities, she still prioritizes mentoring new team members and is always available to help our teams with any questions that arise.”
ZRS Management, which ranks No. 19 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Top 50 Managers list, manages over 90,000 units for institutional clients, partnerships and individual owners. The company is active across the Southeast, as well as in Texas and Maryland.
