CHICAGO – The 2023 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards celebrated 61 winners at its 28th annual gala Friday evening, April 14, at the Marriott Marquis Chicago. More than 1200 industry professionals attended the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s prestigious CAMME awards gala to honor the excellence of Chicagoland’s multifamily housing industry. “The CAMME Awards provide a special opportunity to honor apartment professionals who go above and beyond to serve residents throughout the multifamily rental housing community,” said Michael Mini, executive vice president of the CAA. “CAA represents an incredibly diverse range of members—from small, independent owners of two-flats, affordable housing property development companies, and large institutional real estate investment trusts. They work tirelessly to serve residents throughout the Chicagoland area, and we’re grateful to have an evening together where those efforts can be recognized and honored.” This year, nearly 300 entries were submitted with winners selected based on their ability to meet or exceed a set standard of criteria, including financial and performance goal achievement, overall exterior condition, curb appeal and maintenance of the property, landscaping, condition and design, marketing, community outreach programs and resident satisfaction.
