Ramsgate Apartments and Townhomes will be Living Well’s third all-cash acquisition in Metropolitan Kansas City bringing their footprint to 567 units locally.

Acquired from the original developer, Ramsgate Apartments and Townhomes is located in Johnson County considered to be the region’s economic engine with over 24 million square feet of office space and home to some of the largest concentrations of corporate centers and business parks in the Midwest. Consisting of equal parts, 1 and 2-bedrooms plus the spacious townhomes, this 136-unit acquisition aligns with Living Well Homes' strategic growth initiatives, aiming to enhance its presence in key Mid-West markets and offer quality living options that meet diverse housing needs.
